Course Guidelines

1.  Payment fee includes registration, textbook, quizzes, certificates (after successful completion of course), all course alcohol, etc.  Enrollment is not confirmed until remittance is completed.  Payment is made through Request / Invoice through Zelle or Paypal/Debit/Credit Cards to Fox Wine Consulting, LLC for our Austin Wine School location.

2.  The exam dates for each course are fixed at the last session of the course.  If students have conflicts, please communicate them as early as possible so alternative times can be evaluated.  Tasting exams cannot be re-scheduled.

3.  Course cancellation and refunds:  If the minimum number of students required for class has not been reached, the orgainization has the right to postpone or cancel the course.  Registered students will be notified by email 3 business days in advance.  If the course is cancelled, refund will be made in full.  A student may cancel registration up to 5 business days before course commencement.  The student will be refunded the remittance after a remittance handling fee charge of $25 U.S. Dollars for IWC cancellation and $45 U.S. Dollars for AWC cancellation is deducted.

4. To maintain the quality of the course, please do not wear strong perfumes, colognes, etc. during class.

5.  The organization reserves the right to change a course session location, date and time due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, etc.  Any changes will be communicated to the students in advance.
